General Information
Slavic Conference is church event and is treated as a church service.
Vendor will be able to operate 2 hours before and 2 hours after each service.
Vendors, selling food or goods during services will be imitatively suspended.
Vendors that will be allowed to participate need to meet following requirements
Food vendor booths will be located in the hallway around the arena.
Each non-food vendor will be provided with one 6'x'6 are to sell their product, additional space can be purchased at $25 per 6' table.
Each vendor will contribute 10% of their profit to the Slavic Conference at the end of every day.
Food vendors who prepay non-refundable $100 registration fee are excused from 10% contribution.
Equipment and tables are vendors responsibility. Slavic Conference will not provide any tables or equipment.

- have to be part of local church
- vendor activity have to be ministry oriented
- should meet all required criteria as stated by Vendor Coordinator
- should operate withing legal criteria of local government

What should I do
Print, fill out and submit registration form by September 5th
- Food Vendors:
Be at the Oregon State Fairgrounds September 12th to set up the sales are.
- Food Vendors:
- Attend mandatory meeting September 5th at Church of Christ the Savior (Pastor: Peter Tishchenko)
- Make non-refundable $100 pre-payment registration fee
- Contact your coordinator
- Make payment of $25 per table. Price is the same for one or two days.
